Oh this book is so much fun! It's time for Livi's bath, but her
imagination runs amok and she keeps getting distracted on her way to the
tub. Sarah Maizes perfectly captures how difficult it can be to get a child from point A to point B when they are far to busy having fun. Michael Paraskevas' illustrations
are very cute and match the text perfectly. The book is told from
Livi's point of view with speech bubbles coming from another room each
time her mom calls her to the tub (meaning it's an excellent book to
practice some voice work since, as the reader, you get to be both Livi
and her mom). I had so much fun reading this book. It is very cute and
sweet. It is definitely worth reading over and over and is likely to
become a family favorite!
Happy Reading!

I am a reader, I feel like I always have been. I am constantly surrounded by books in both my personal and professional worlds. I have read excessively since the second grade. I have attempted, again and again, to keep a list of the books I've read and how I felt about them but so far have been unsuccessful. This is an attempt to keep track of the books I'm reading, and my thoughts about them. My goal is to publish at least one review a week (no promises though). Wish me luck!
