2014... er 2015 Newbery Reading Challenge

Update!

I really don't think I am going to be able to finish this challenge in 2014. This is a tiny part because there are still a few Newbery books that I have not been able to find, but mostly due to the fact that I just have not given this challenge the time it deserves. However, I will continue until I finish!

*I will begin this challenge on January 1, 2014*

I have been wanting to read all of the Newbery winners for quite some time.  I think the first time I contemplated this was in sixth or seventh grade (meaning more than a decade ago).  I have finally decided that I am going to complete this goal.  I am going to focus on the winners (not the honor books) from 1922-2014.  I am also going to do my best to review each of the winners as well.  My next goal upon completion is to keep up with future winners so as to never be behind again.  Want to join me?  I’d love the company!

  2. This sounds great! But we can skip the ones we've already read, right?

    1. If you want. I plan on reading them all (mostly because many of the ones I have read are among my all time favorite books), but I don't really have set rules for this challenge.
